Art Therapy

When words are not enough, Art Therapy is a creative and psychotherapeutic approach to treating emotional distress and trauma.

Heal though art-making

You do not need to be an artist or have prior art experience to do art therapy.

Art Therapy is more about the process rather than the product, and is meant to be a way to creatively express internal struggles. Each session is lead by Alyssa Anderson, who is a licensed Provisional Art Therapist (ATR-P). With her skillset and expertise, she will guide you through a variety of art-making techniques that will address your specific mental health needs.

You may benefit from Art Therapy if you are feeling stuck with your mental health, have a history of trauma, or have tried traditional therapy in the past without success.
